The LeMoyne-Owen College Community Development Corporation (LOCCDC) was developed to raise the economic and educational levels of those that live and work in the LeMoyne Owen College community. By fostering and sustaining a community process that expands education, recreation, housing and economic development in Soulsville, USA Memphis, TN, we believe that by people helping people, help themselves to fulfilling and self sustaining lives, our mission is achieved.
The LOCCDC offers an array of services that caters to all members of the community. Our services reach an array of community needs including; economic development, housing development, youth development, business development, home buyers education classes, career development, financial literacy classes, and computer literacy classes. These services are open to all interested members of the Greater Memphis community.
